Facility List - Machines and Capacity

Our largest CNC lathes have 15" chucks with a swing of 16" and a Z travel of 60". We have numerous smaller CNC lathes ranging from collet chucks to 10" chucks some with auto bar feeders.

For milling work our largest horizontal CNC machine has a table of 39"x62". We also have three smaller horizontal machining centers with twin pallets and 4th axis indexers. For vertical machining centers tables range from 16"x20" to 22"x49".

We have single, five and six spindle screw machines ranging in size for high production turning work. Numerous hand operated mills, drills, auto feed saws and other equipment.
